In their conversation Derry talks about living in the US and growing up in Canada. Derry tells us about Honeymoon Suite’s new album “Alive” and the gear he used for it and how they made that album. Derry describes what the bands been doing since their heyday in the 80’s. Derry gives us a little bit of his musical background and how he ended up in Honeymoon Suite. Derry tells us about his gear throughout the years and his guitar collection currently and Derry tells us about his role as the business man of the band… after getting burned early on by their manager. Finally Derry talks about his daughter Leah Marlene who’s making in roads in Nashville after being on American Idol. Derry occasionally performs with his daughter in Nashville.
