254 - Eric Martin In episode 254 of “Have Guitar Will Travel”, presented by Vintage Guitar Magazine, host James Patrick Regan speaks with Eric Martin from Mr. Big and the Eric Martin Band. In their conversation Matthew takes us through living in Boston and teaching at Berklee College of Music and he talks about the struggles of playing instrumental jazz music. Matthew discusses his new album “Matthew Stevens” and the personnel and production of the album. Matthew talks about growing up in Toronto and his start on guitar and eventually his introduction to Jazz which led him to Berklee as a student after playing in rock bands in school.
